This course provides a thorough understanding of key developments in the world of green interior design. The foundation is set with an assessment of key environmental issues, government policy and new legislation. Consumer awareness, motivations and buying interest are revealed based on the latest consumer research. Then a top line review is provided of product-based solutions in furnishings and interior treatments including paint, flooring and lighting. Intended for beginner to intermediate level sustainability practitioners, am array of useful information is presented in a fast-paced, entertaining style. Developed by Jeff Hiller, an accredited LEED-CI/AP and president of the Sustainable Furnishings Council, the leading authority in green residential design.
